I am quite honored to present my Flo Factory Team kit for the 2024 Triathlon race season and look forward to being an Ambassador for FLO Cycling and encourage everyone I know to get out and move regardless of your age. The more our bodies move; the Healthier we are so do Karate, go Dancing, go for a Walk, a Run, a Bike ride or a Swim or whatever movement you enjoy; Just get out there and move!

Where’s PY, Mary Beth Sawyer Giesel in Oregon!! Come on let’s flood this with fun post; cabin, backyard anywhere! PY is open at home or Zoom! Can’t stop the feeling! We are back!!!

Wow! Master Younglove ride 401 miles in September and with all of your help we raised over $3,000 to fight Kids Cancer.

Great start to the day with 32 miles on the TT bike and a 4 mile slroller run pushing the kids! 168 miles rode so far this month; 232 miles to go.

This month I am riding to raise awareness for fighting kids Cancer and need $531 more to reach my goal if you can help out!
