Crystal Skating Academy - Figure Skating

Congrats to Cheyenne. She recently decided to start ice dance, and passed all three preliminary dances, one with honors!

Cheers to the Crystal Skating Academy adult competitors for their amazing showing at US Midwestern Sectional championships in Livonia this weekend. Congrats Alivia who made the podium her first run at it, Emily who won her event, Heather who was on the podium for both her events, and Haley and Brenda who skated beautifully with grace, composure and sass!

Congrats to these four awesome skaters! 9 total tests passed today. Skating skills tests for Haley and Nisha. And a combined 7 ice dance tests passed for Heather and Bella! Way to go!!!

Congrats to our adult skaters who competed in the Ann Arbor Adult Open this weekend! They all did great! Emily came in 2nd, Heather scored a personal best in freeskate and won free dance, Brenda won her event and Haley placed second! Way to go!

Congrats to these three. Brenda and Heather took 1st place in their flights, and Emily took second at the Wayne-Westland All American Classic competition today!

Congrats to Ivy, Olive, Emory and Shelby who all passed their Preliminary Skating Skills test yesterday!

Hugh congrats to Emily and Heather - each champions in their respective categories at US Midwest Adult Sectional Championships! Emily won the gold in Pre-Bronze free skate. Heather won the gold in 2 events - Bronze free skate and Pre-Silver solo free dance. And the bronze in Pre-Silver solo pattern dance. Way to skate great!⛸️👏

Congrats to Cheyenne on a great 5th place finish today at competition in Wyandotte. She landed both her combinations and bested her last score by almost 2 points!
