This will be a race you will not soon forget!! This race is not your average 5k with random mud pits and cargo nets. Proceeds go to the Davison Optimist Club.
There most definitely will be lots of mud, along with a giant slip and slide, water obstacles and we are even working on the HOT BODY BEAT DOWN! This obstacle will make you forget about your time, turn around and run it again and again! Are you ready for tge Summer Shandy slide?
The check-in will take place on the back patio at Bubba O'Malley's starting at Noon.
Tomorrow morning Marc Jacobson (ABC12) will be broadcasting live from Bubba's Extreme 5K...it will be airing live during the 6am newscast. Come out and run some obstacles with us and get on TV! If you see us on TV post a comment.
The course is really taking shape...we will have at least 20 obstacles! ...and that's not counting over a dozen other "trouble spots!"

A 5K run packed with over a dozen obstacles!
We had a question today from a runner interested in running the course later in the day. The main heat will leave at 1:00pm. We will add additional heats as needed. So if you need a different start time just let us know. The average course time should be around 30 minutes to complete. Runners are welcome to run the course more than once.
