Homeroom friends in 1999 to studio friends in 2026. 🥹 💪🏻
Jessica & Sarah were scheduled back-to-back for training the other day at the studio & it came up that they had actually gone to high school together!
Sarah later sent me their senior portraits & said they were homeroom friends, had several classes together, & shared lots of laughs with their group of friends over the years.
And now here they are, all these years later, both showing up for themselves in the same little studio. 👏🏻
This is the kind of stuff that makes me LOVE what I do. It’s not just workouts. It’s community, connection, confidence, & sometimes the sweetest full-circle moments.
From the Class of 1999 to CFN in 2026… I love this so much. 💛

Every month I create a focus for myself & my clients. Not because we need another thing to do, but because having a clear direction makes it easier to stay consistent.
This month we’re focusing on JOY. 😁
✨ Weekend consistency over weekday perfection.
✨ Leaving restriction at the door.
✨ No starting over, just keep going.
We’re also slowing things down with a focus on tempo & tension. Less rushing. More intention. Feel the burn. Control the squeeze.
Fitness isn’t just about changing your body. It’s about building a life where strength, confidence, & healthy habits fit naturally into your everyday routine.

☀️ SUMMER HOURS are here! 🎉
And if you’ve ever wished for more daytime training options, this is your season 🙌🏻
With preschool wrapped up for the summer, my schedule opens up quite a bit during the day. Whether you’re squeezing in a workout before the kids wake up, during your lunch break, or while they’re at camp, I’ve got more flexibility to help you stay consistent 💪🏻
The gals who feel their best by Labor Day aren’t usually doing anything extreme. They’re just finding ways to stay active, keep a routine, & show up more often than not.
A few things happening this month:
🚌 Clark is still in school through June 11th, so I’ll be on bus duty in the mornings.
🏕️ The week of June 15th he’ll be at summer camp.
🎂 June 20th is my birthday!
⛪ The week of June 22nd I’ll be helping with VBS in the evenings.

🇺🇸 Reminder for Memorial Day weekend:
You do NOT need to:
❌ skip meals
❌ “save” calories
❌ avoid every dessert
❌ start over Tuesday
You CAN:
✅ enjoy the BBQ
✅ eat foods you love
✅ move your body
✅ support your goals AND your hormones
