Night At The Races Butler Fastpitch

We are announcing a new way to purchase tickets for the Night At The Races! Anyone can purchase tickets by following the attached QR code. Just Venmo Butler Fastpitch $25 and in the comments post your name, phone number and name of your horse (an example is attached below). The night of the event, you can pick up your ticket at the door. Please encourage your family and friends to join in a great night of fun!

There are only going to be 200 tickets sold to this event, so only members of the planning committee are going to be selling the tickets. You can contact any of the committee members using the information listed below. Additionally listed are three days during the week where committee members will be selling the tickets at specified locations. Cash and checks accepted.

Attention Butler Fastpitch community.

We are excited to announce the beginning of ticket sales for the Butler Fastpitch Night At The Races! The event will be August 26, 2023 at the American Legion Post 778. Doors open at 5:30 PM with pre-race announcements beginning at 6:30 PM. The tickets are $25 a piece which includes a horse (which you get to name), appetizers, and one drink token. During this 21 and over evening, there will be a cash bar available for additional refreshments. Throughout the event betting, raffles, and drawings will occur on a CASH ONLY basis.
