Since my after-life experience in December 2010 and a profound medical awakening in May 2022, I’ve embarked on a sacred journey of remembering who I truly am and why my soul chose to be here. The true unfolding of my path began in July 2016, when I became certified in Reiki I and II—a powerful initiation that opened the door to deeper realms of healing and wisdom. Since then, I’ve been divinely guided to expand into my soul gifts as a Psychic Medium, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified ThetaHealing® Instructor, and Certified Spiritual Life Coach. Each step along the way has brought me closer to my purpose. My mission is to walk beside empaths as they awaken to the New Era of the Empath—a time of empowerment, remembrance, and soul-aligned transformation. Through the sacred programs I’ve created, I help empaths reconnect with their inner magic, shift their mindset, and build a deep, intuitive relationship with themselves and the divine guidance that lives within.

I have been checked out for so long this year. So, I wanted to post this here so that you know where I have been and what I have been up to. So many are having so many challenges at this time. The energy of the group consciousness is changing and it's making BIG changes on a cosmic scale. The universe is asking us to really decide who we want to be, what direction we want to go and stay in alignment with our core truth. Which is exactly why so many are having so many challenges. Story Time

The Moment I Realized I Had Given My Power Away

One of the biggest realizations I had on my journey was discovering how much power I had unknowingly given away.

For years, I believed my happiness depended on what was happening around me.

If people were happy, I felt okay.

If people were upset, I felt responsible.

If life was going smoothly, I felt safe.

If challenges showed up, I felt powerless.

Without realizing it, I had placed my peace in the hands of people, circumstances, and outcomes.

Then one day I began asking a different question.

Instead of asking:

"Why is this happening to me?"

I began asking:

"What is this experience teaching me?"

That simple shift changed everything.

Not because my life suddenly became perfect.

But because I stopped waiting for life to change before allowing myself to reconnect with my power.

That realization became one of the foundations of The New Era of the Empath.

Your power isn't waiting somewhere outside of you.

It's already within you.

Did You Know?

Ask:

"What am I learning through this experience?"

One question focuses your attention on the problem.

The other focuses your attention on possibility.

Neither changes what happened.

But one helps you reconnect with your power.

The Day I Realized I Was an Armored Empath
For years, I didn't think I was an empath.

I would listen to other empaths talk about feeling everyone's energy, emotions, and experiences, and I couldn't relate.

At least, that's what I thought.

What I eventually realized was that I could feel energy—but only with people I felt safe with.

If I didn't feel safe, it was as though I had a wall around my heart.

I wasn't disconnected from my empathic abilities.

I was protected by armor.

As I continued exploring this, my guides began repeatedly telling me that I was an empath and helping me understand why my experience looked different from those around me.

That's when I began receiving what would eventually become the 4 Expressions of the Empath.

I realized that not all empaths experience life the same way.

Some are living in survival.

Some are living behind armor.

Some are seeking answers.

And some are learning to trust themselves and step into empowerment.

The Armored Empath isn't less empathic.

They've simply learned that vulnerability doesn't feel safe.

The beautiful part is that once we understand the armor, we can stop judging ourselves for it.

We can honor why it was created and begin choosing something new.
