Everyone talks about the benefits of cold plunging. Nobody talks about having to get in AGAIN because you need content for social media. 😂

The weather is getting colder, but we’re still showing up, practicing staying calm through a challenge, and giving ourselves a reason to put the phone down. As soon as we finish filming, obviously.

Come warm up in the sauna and try the plunge at your own pace. Camera completely optional. 😉
