We will be at Montana Dance Works with Centered Yoga for a beautiful movement class followed by contrast therapy. We are incredibly grateful to Montana Dance Works for allowing us to use their amazing space!

Warm weather is winding down, so if the cold plunge feels a little intimidating, now is the perfect time to give it a try! 🧊

A couple times a month, someone asks me if this business has been successful.

It always makes me smile because I know what they’re asking. They mean financially.

But every time I go to answer, my mind flashes to moments like these.

Strangers meeting and becoming friends.

People choosing to do hard things together.

A busy parent, teacher or business owner getting 15 minutes where nobody needs anything from them.

Parents connecting with their kids without a screen between them.

A business choosing to bring their team together by helping them feel better instead of going out for drinks.

People laughing, talking, slowing down and sometimes having conversations they probably never expected to have inside a sauna.

None of those things show up on a profit and loss statement.

From the beginning, this has been about something much bigger than financial gain. It’s been about community. Connection. Creating a place where people can step away from everything for a little while and leave feeling better in their bodies and their minds.

I absolutely love helping people feel like the best version of themselves.

So when someone asks me if this business has been successful?

Absolutely.

It has been worth every single bit of it.

And I’d do it all over again, even if it meant making zero dollars. 🧡
