Genesee Varsity Gymnastics has 10 athletes this fall, led by Ham! She has been head coach of Genesee Varsity Gymnastics for 29 years and involved in gymnastics for many more. Her positive attitude and infectious smiles and hugs are appreciated by everyone. Come see Ham and the athletes at a meet this fall!

Fun day with the Silvers!!

Calling all dirty cars!! The Silver and Bronze are putting on a car wash tomorrow. To raise money for the Unite For Her Pink Invitational they attend in February. This is a meet that is a fundraiser for an organization that supports Breast Cancer Patients. Bring your car maybe hit a few mud puddles first and let these energetic girls wash your car.

Summer conditioning today was partner conditioning. Using a partner, complete the circuit. We used the floor and beam and s lot of space.
