Remember tonight's practice is at the indoor pool Intermediate, from 5:30-6:30 Advance 6:30-8:30

Good Morning,

This weekend's meet is available to declare your swimmers! This is our first away meet, and we will be swimming at Otter Creek. This is an outdoor meet, make sure to bring snacks, hydration/coolers, sunscreen, canopies, fans, and chairs! Once Otter Creek sends over warm-up times, I will send them out. The address is 1400 Otter Creek Parkway, Little Rock, AR 72210.

Shirts are in! They are located in the Freedom Room at the Aquatic Park. You may pick them up this morning at practice. If you have a paper that says needs to be paid, please leave it on the table. I will have shirts at practice tonight at the community center, also.

If you have not picked up your suit or swim cap, please send me a text so we can get that to you.

If your swimmer is participating in the meet tomorrow and still needs to pick up their swim suit or exchange it for a different size, please plan to do so today at the Community Center.

Please note:

All suit pick-ups and size exchanges for swimmers participating in tomorrow's meet must be completed today.
Suit pick-ups and size exchanges will NOT be available tomorrow, Saturday, June 6.
Due to the many responsibilities involved in running the meet, it will not be feasible to handle suit pick-ups or exchanges before, during, or after the meet.

If your swimmer is not participating in tomorrow's meet, suits may also be picked up at practice next week.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we prepare for our first meet of the season. We look forward to a great day of racing tomorrow!

Suits are in and have been sorted. You may pick them up at tonight's practice!

Also, if you have not signed up for the meet on Saturday, please let me know so that we can sign up your swimmer!

🏊‍♂️ **Volunteer Sign-Ups Are Now Open!** 🏊‍♀️

Our first swim meet is quickly approaching, and we need your help to make it a success!

Parent volunteers are essential to keeping the meet running smoothly. Each family is encouraged to sign up for a volunteer position during the meet. No experience is necessary for many positions, and training will be provided as needed.

**A few important reminders:**

✅ Coaches will sign swimmers up for their events. Swimmers will only be entered in events that the coaches feel they are prepared and confident to swim at this meet.

✅ There will be **NO Kickboard event** and **NO Relay events** at this meet.

✅ Please refer to the meet graphic for warm-up times and other meet details.

Available volunteer positions include:
• Timers
• Clerk of Course Assistants
• Stroke & Turn Judges
• Scorekeepers
• Runners
• And more!

Volunteering is a great way to support our swimmers and help ensure a fun and successful meet for everyone.
