End-of-season baseball banquet. We laughed, we cried, we vowed to forever and always remain united as a team and as even better friends!!

To all the parents – past, present, and temporary – who allowed me the privilege of coaching your kids, I am forever grateful. THANK YOU! My heart overflows with joy, and my memories are etched in my mind forever. It has been an absolute honor to teach and coach this game to all these wonderful boys and build friendships that will last a lifetime. The last 2 years alone have given me the opportunity to witness 112 (13u-14u) baseball games played across 4 states by some of the most incredible kids I know. We have cheered, screamed, cried, hugged, bled, prayed, broken bones, tossed helmets, and cussed together. (🙉🙈🙊) But at the end of every game, we still came together and called it up. You all have made this journey an absolute blast for this middle-aged guy. As some of you embark on new journeys with high school careers and other sports, I hope they are filled with God’s blessings and favor. Remember to keep pushing your limits, persevere through adversity, give 110%, control your A.C.E’s, encourage one another, and fight till the very last out. I'm gonna miss the high fives and fist bumps, boys! -Coach David

The last 4 years we watched our boys grow, not just as players but also as teammates, leaders, and young men. They learned what it means to dig deep, to lift each other up, and never to give up. And we, as parents, got a front-row seat to something truly special. To the teammates who became family, Coach David who believed in them, and the parents who cheered through every high and low, thank you! This era may be done, but the memories will last a lifetime.

Thank you, travel baseball, for the magic. ⚜️

Forgot to post yesterday! We went 1-1. It was a hot one; I'm not sure how the boys do it on that turf.

Back at it today, sitting in the #3 seed. Hopefully, our pitching comes alive today and we have a good day on the hot turf again. 😂

It’s game day for these boys. One last hoorah together. World Series here we come. ⚾️🧢⚜️

31 games later, our final State Tournament as a travel ball family has come to a close. We have one last weekend together in the World Series, but what an extraordinary journey it has been. These boys have forged unbreakable bonds and lifelong friendships that will forever inspire them. The ups, the downs, the wins, the losses, the tears, the laughter, and the memories will forever be etched in our hearts. Thank you, Coach David, Coach Billy, and Coach Jordan, for leading these boys by faith and teaching them the true meaning of baseball, a game that embodies perseverance, discipline, and sportsmanship. ⚜️⚜️
