The KRU Muay Thai Student Program has 3 Levels broken into 9 Progressive Ranks. Although it looks a lot like kickboxing, Muay Thai is also known as the "Art/Science of 8 Limbs" and revolves around the use of the 2 fists, 2 elbows, 2 knees and 2 shin/feet. Level 1 - Emphasis is on Offensive Tool Development and Conditioning. Level 2 - Defensive Strategy and the art of Holding Pads

🥊 **CABOT & SURROUNDING AREAS — 2 FIGHT TEAM SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE!** 🥊

9 Points Muay Thai is opening **TWO scholarship spots** for motivated young athletes, **ages 13–17, male or female**, who want the opportunity to train and compete as part of our **competitive Muay Thai Fight Team.**

These scholarships are designed for young people who may have the heart and work ethic to compete but need some help with the financial side.

🔥 **THE SCHOLARSHIP INCLUDES:**
• Training tuition
• Competition/fight entry fees
• Gear support when needed
• Fight Team coaching and development
• Opportunities to compete and represent 9 Points Muay Thai

But understand this:

**The scholarship may cover the money. YOU have to provide the work.**

🥊 Minimum **2 days per week** of class/fight-team training
🏃 **1 conditioning/cardio session each week with Coach Turtle**
🏃 Running and conditioning outside of class
🥊 Shadowboxing and drilling on your own
💯 Coachability, discipline, consistency and a good attitude
🔥 The self-motivation to work even when a coach isn't standing over you

We aren't necessarily looking for the strongest, fastest or most experienced kid.

**We're looking for the one who's hungry to become better.**

You don't have to already be a fighter. You don't have to walk through our doors in perfect shape.

But you **DO** have to be willing to show up, listen, work, learn and represent yourself, your family, your team and **Cabot** with pride.

Parents — if you have a teenager who needs a challenge, structure, confidence, discipline and something positive to pour their energy into, this could be their opportunity.

Tomorrow, 9 Points Muay Thai – Cabot will be at AKL 7 at Hendrix College in Conway, stepping in and representing! 💪🐾
We’d love to see our 9 Points family, friends, students, and the local community come out and show some support!
This isn’t just about us — come support ALL the local gyms and fighters, along with the schools traveling in from out of the area to compete. These athletes have been putting in the rounds, the sweat, the bruises, and the work. Tomorrow they get to put it all together! 🥊💥
