CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. Is Functional Fitness for me? Yes. An added plus is you gain a support network.
Everyone can do it regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. It’s for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. The workouts can be modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and more fit. Members encourage and motivate each other in every class as they work toward their goals. What can I expect a workout to consist of?

This Monday we honor the sacrifice of Michael P. Murphy and all those who gave everything for our freedom.
Join us at Calera CrossFit for the Murph Challenge:

No crazy diet.
No cutting out everything she loves.
No “starting over every Monday.”
Allison just keeps showing up.
A few small tweaks:
• Swapped Coke → Coke Zero
• Added in some higher protein options
• Kept it realistic
And the biggest one:
👉 She stayed consistent in the gym
That’s it.
This is what actually works.
If you’re waiting until everything is “perfect” to start… don’t.
Start messy. Stay consistent. Watch what happens.
Most people are looking for a better plan…

Please note the following class schedule changes:
• Friday, May 1: No 3:45 PM or 4:45 PM classes
• Saturday, May 2: No classes
Our coaching staff will be attending the CrossFit Semifinals to support one of our athletes competing at the Magic City Games event. We appreciate your understanding and encourage our community to come out and show their support.
We are all “busy” or have a story. Be the person that stops making excuses and makes workouts just part of the day.

Wrapping up Quarterfinals 💪
These athletes put in the work and showed up when it mattered. Couldn’t be more proud of the effort and grit.
