We had a great month of June workouts and ended it with our kids competing very well in our Phoenix 7v7 on Wednesday! We are proud of the kids for being committed, showing up, and putting in the work for this fall. Enjoy your week off! Workouts resume Tuesday, July 7th at 8am. Go Phoenix!

Summer workouts begin this week! Be ready to go and make every effort to be there, as this is the most important training time in preparation for the season. Rising 6th graders are welcome as well, just bring a copy of your physical. Drop off is at the gym and pick up at the fieldhouse. Go Phoenix!!

We will teach positional fundamentals of offense and defense. *This is not a tryout or guarantee for placement on the middle school team. 6th members will be determined based off needs/numbers of the 7th & 8th grade teams
