To hear how other instructors think, how they work with students, how they solve coaching problems, and how they navigate the parts of teaching that don’t always have obvious answers.

I've also heard a common thread around wanting more safe spaces to talk honestly about the harder parts of teaching: boundaries, self-doubt, self-criticism, student feedback, and challenges that have us feeling uncertain or stuck.

Having community to share openly and safely with is so important, and I wanted to create something that feels low-pressure, cozy, and fun.

You're invited to Aerial Teacher Café ☕️

The format: 60 minutes together, starting with introductions, followed by Q&A. You can submit questions to me, I'll share my perspective, and everyone will have a chance to weigh in and share how they might approach it.

Then we'll break into smaller groups to talk about whatever's coming up for you in your teaching right now.

No recording, no replay. A curated safe space to talk openly and honestly.
