Climbing is like learning how to juggle.
Juggling is a complex skill that feels nearly impossible unless you break it down and start with the basics.
Whether you are climbing V2 or V12, you will go through this process again and again: the project or new thing feels impossible, and if you just throw yourself at it, it will continue to feel hard and take a longer time to learn.
But, if you learn how to break things down and give yourself a chance to learn things and then put them together, things go better.

New C4HP Podcast Episode!
Kevin Cowell from the THE CLIMB CLINIC joins me today for a wonderful conversation about climbing, personal journeys, and clinically managing rock climbing athletes through their careers and injuries.
Kevin, and his staff, are just some of the best people you’ll ever meet. And on top of that, they are phenomenal physical therapists and coaches.
