PERMANENTLY CLOSED Murphy's Barbell Club is a garage gym in the finest tradition. We are learning together, and always looking to improve on what we're doing.

We are a small group of teens and adults meeting 4-5 days a week. Coah Bob is trained in classic barbell lifts, Olympic Lifting and CrossFit (including CF Kids) programming.
