Beyond Pickleball.

Meet Axelle Vicari, ambassador of Astes Sports, from the beautiful Valle d’Aosta, Italy.

began cross-country skiing at a very young age and has competed in Winter Triathlon in recent years. Her training and racing take place in demanding high-mountain environments—on snow, under intense sunlight, strong winds, and rapidly changing weather conditions.

In these conditions, performance eyewear is essential.

A high-quality pair of sports glasses helps maintain clear vision, protects the eyes from glare and UV exposure, and allows athletes to stay fully focused on technical terrain at speed. Stability, lightness, and comfort become critical during long training sessions and intense races—where every detail can influence performance.

Astes eyewear is built for exactly these moments.

We look forward to the next chapter of Axelle’s athletic journey.

Passion. Precision. Performance — on and off the court.

Just two years later, she’s now a Pickleball Scotland ambassador and a multiple-time winner in 2025, including:
🥈 Women’s Doubles 4.0 — Belgian Open
🥉 Mixed Doubles 4.0 — Belgian Open
🥉 Women’s Doubles 4.0 — Finnish Open
🥉 Pickleball Scotland Premier League — Holyrood Hammers

Amazing work, Kim! Excited to see where your pickleball journey takes you next 🏓💪
