The TV6 Upper Michigan Today crew dropped by the Copper Country Curling Club on Tuesday morning for a little curling fun!
The first part of the show was spent talking about the Club’s history as well as our unique facility.
Then the show’s hosts, Audrey Stetson and John Redfield had a little competition to see who was the TV6 champ curler!
It was a lot of fun doing a “live” show!

Team Matuszak of the Copper Country Curling Club was the 1st event runners up at the Green Bay Men’s bonspiel this weekend. Congrats boys!

A fun group from a few local ELCA churches were in the club on Sunday for some curling fun!

16 players made it out for the 2nd Friday morning pickup session. Dan Buck and 3 other Appleton CC players & Craig Boggio (Milwaukee CC) joined in on the fun.
Gretchen baked up a big tray of amazing cinnamon rolls! So yummmmy!!!

Have you ever found yourself wondering what it would be like to try curling? Saw it in the Olympics and thought "Hey, that looks like fun!"? Now is a great time to come out and see what the great sport of curling is all about!

We are having an open house this Saturday (2/14) from noon to three (12-3) and would love to have you stop by. Curling is a great way to meet new friends, or to spend Valentines Day with your special someone! No experience nor equipment needed; we will provide everything. Come on down and experience the joy and wonder that is curling!

The Ken Kacynski crew dropped by the club during their annual MTU Winter Carnival trip. This fun group of family and friends have been coming to the curling club since 2014!

14 players made it out for the first “Friday morning pick-up curling” session. There are only twelve people in the photo as Roger had to leave a little early and someone??? skipped work to curl and didn’t want photographic evidence for the boss to see. Brian Carlson also skipped work to play, but he’s the boss!
Waupaca CC curlers Mike and Mary Smaby joined the fun while in town for Winter Carnival. (Mike made a nice donation to the club’s warm room fundraiser back in 2015)
We need to come up with a better name than “Friday morning pick-up curling”

An awesome group of Jeffers High School students took their physics class on the road to the curling club on Wednesday morning.
The kids had a fun time learning to curl and eating cinnamon buns!
