Welcome to the Calvert City Golf & Country Club Golf Course is OPEN to the PUBLIC. Less than 2 miles from Exit 27 I~24/I~69 The golf course is one of the finest you will play in west Kentucky. El~tora Zoysia fairways and Ultra Dwarf Mini Verde Bermuda greens. Pool is membership only. This is the home of the Marshall County Orange Wave Swim Team and host to other social activities throughout the year. The Calvert City Country Club was established in 1967 as a non-stock, non-profit corporation and presently some 350 families from the city, and the surrounding area are members. In addition to the members utilizing the facilities, the golf course is operated as a public facility which is open to all! Calvert City Golf & Country Club has a beautiful 18 hole golf course located in Western Kentucky. Opened in the Spring of 1970, the Harold England designed course is 6679 yards from the back tees and 3538 yards from the front tees. The par 72 layout consists of MiniVerde Dwarf Bermuda Grass greens and lush carpet-like El Toro Zoysia grass fairways with five teeing areas, several sand bunkers and lakes that come into play on several holes. A natural creek runs through or near seven of the holes, not only challenging the golfer, but also offering a view of our wetlands wildlife.
