⁉️Did you know 91% of people who set New Year’s Resolutions FAIL? By January 19, most people have given up on the goals they set. So how do you become part of the 9%?

🥊Set SMART goals. Instead of setting general goals like “I want to lose 40 pounds” start with smaller goals & milestones that will lead you to this overall goal. Before you can lose 40 pounds, you have to lose 4. So think REALISTICALLY! How many days a week can you actually exercise? What foods are you eating that don’t support this goal? Start by improving these things one step at a time instead of immediately kicking it up to exercise 7 days of week and extreme carnivore diet.
