Just Breathe Pilates

Just Breathe Pilates is a fully equipped small studio focusing on 1-2 clients at a time to give you the most attention to your personal goals.

Our goal is to help our clients realize their goals. Any age or fitness level is welcome. We offer many specialized programs, including Pre-Natal Pilates, Pilates for Golfers, Cardio Jump Board, Restorative Pilates (for those of us with special needs for our backs, shoulders, necks, knees). We are available for private or duet sessions, at your convenience. and we are open Mon-Thurs (Frii by request). All sessions are booked by appointment.
