We’re setting up shop at a NEW LOCATION for Tuesday & Thursday 9:30AM group class beginning May 9th and 11th.

Our friends at are letting us bring the Tribe Vibe to their amazing studio and we are so excited, as Moorpark is where our journey began 5 years ago. 🥳

Yes, there will be childcare at the new classes.
Yes, we will provide all needed equipment.
Yes, we will open additional class times in the future.
Yes, you will love working out with an uplifting, fantastic group of women while working toward your fitness goals.

First week of classes (5/9 & 5/11) is a “preview” - both classes are FREE and we will have extra goodies and fun things to really get ya hooked!

has been working her butt off (actually working her butt “on” is a more accurate way to say it…bahaha) at group fitness classes and weekly private training for 8 weeks.

Just look at that lean muscle she’s gaining! How, you ask?

Simple: She hits a protein target every day, eats mostly clean, and shows up consistently to workouts. Has never missed a private session! All while single-momming, running her own business, and making a graceful comeback from a particularly rough season in her life.

And she’s so humble I had to ask permission to post this rave review.

Women are amazing!! This mama inspires me so much and is a testament to the badassery that exists within ALL of us if you only tap into it and refuse to let it go. 💪🏻
