Friday, September 18

Due to the current weather conditions and the projected forecast for this evening, tonight’s Flag Football Showcase during halftime of the varsity football game has been CANCELED. 🌧️🏈

We are currently exploring options to reschedule the showcase, but no new date has been identified at this time.

We know our flag football players were excited to take the field, and we appreciate everyone’s understanding as we make the decision that is best for our players and families. ❤️💙

🏈🔥 TWO BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING THIS FRIDAY NIGHT! 🔥🏈

We’ve got YOUTH NIGHT AND a FLAG FOOTBALL HALFTIME SHOWCASE happening at this Friday’s varsity football game! 🎉💙❤️

🌟 FIRST — IT’S YOUTH NIGHT! 🌟
All CIYFO tackle and flag football players who wear their CIYFO team jersey will get into the varsity game FREE! 🙌

➡️ Players must be accompanied by a paid adult for admission.

🌟 SECOND — OUR 1ST & 2ND GRADE FLAG TEAMS ARE TAKING THE FIELD! 🌟

Come cheer on our youngest flag football athletes as they are showcased during halftime with a fun, short skill-showcase scrimmage! 🏈👏

📣 FLAG FOOTBALL HALFTIME DETAILS

📍 Where to Meet: Student section at the north end of the stadium

⏰ When to Arrive: Players and coaches should meet with their team 10 minutes before the end of the 2nd quarter.

📋 Team Line-Up:
Five minutes before the end of the 2nd quarter, coaches will line up their teams behind the north-end goal post and help players get their flags on and ready to take the field at the start of halftime.

🏈 Showcase:
Players will take the field at halftime for a short skill-showcase scrimmage!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 After the Showcase:
Families should reconnect with their player at the north end student section immediately following halftime.
