Next Up is a paid internship that provides coaching, group activities, and networking.

Eligibility:
* Cambridge Resident
* Completed HS (or possess a GED or HiSet)
* Not enrolled in College
* Unemployed or in a ‘dead-end’ job
* Looking for guidance and support to come up with a plan for the future

Next Up:
* 3 month program
* 20-25 hours a week (paid internship)
* Weekly skill building workshops
* Career Exploration (with interactive job visits)
* Exercises in Self-Reflection and Team Building
* One on One sessions with a career coach (which will continue even after completion of program)
