Yoga for Seniors/ Beginners/ Gentle yoga classes on Zoom +at Pause Yoga studio, 91 Hampshire St, Cambridge, MA. Barbara has been a yoga teacher since 1995.

I have taught yoga since 1995 and loved every minute of it! I now specialize in Yoga for Seniors and Gentle Yoga, tho my Mon evening classes include more rigorous yoga like shoulder and headstands.
