Our Muay Thai class is taught as it is in Thailand! This full contact class is perfect for anybody that wants to learn about striking or for competitive kick boxers or MMA fighters that need to polish up their striking ability. Muay Thai is also known as the science of the 8 limbs for its use of punches, kicking, knees and elbow techniques is still considered the most feared of all the ring sports! The AMAC GYM also offers private lessons for celebrities, pro athletes, police and military personnel that don't want to be in a group class.
