Hi yogis 🙏 Here is a prompt sheet for the Moon Salutation which we have done in class. That extended leg half squat is the challenging part. You can try it up higher, from a wide legged stance and leaning into one bent leg rather than sitting so deeply. Let me know how it works for you!

Fish Pose (Matsyasana). Helps promote freer articulation in upper spine, chest, and ribs. Also try Passive Fish, laying atop a rolled blanket or bolster under your shoulder blades. Inhale - expand; exhale - release. Come out slowly and observe the energy signature. Follow with Child Pose (Balasana), and maybe Rabbit Pose.
