A couple of FlowState 5Rhythms opportunities this week - Thursday night, September 24, 8:15pm-9:45pm at SomArt at the Hive in Somerville where Margaux Skalecki will be subbing for Joel. Then Sunday, September 27, 1:30pm-3:30pm at JP Centre Yoga, Joel will be back teaching. Every time you step onto a 5Rhythms dance floor, breathe in and start to flow, it’s an opportunity to dance your soul home!
