Hiking, Martial Arts, swimming and working out. A whole lot of fun!

We had a great 1st week of Dentokan Martial Arts and Adventure Camp. Hiked over 7 miles at Ha Ha Tonka, 10 hours of Martial Arts Classes, 5 exercise classes and over 10 hours of pool time. It was a fun filled week.

Tuesday was the second day of our Dentokan Martial Arts and Adventure Camp. Full day, started with a outside workout, then martial arts, hiked 1.75 at Ha Ha Tonka, Dojo workout, then 2nd martial arts workout with more karate students. Fun day!

Yesterday was the first day of our Dentokan Martial Arts and Adventure Camp. Full day, started with a track workout, then martial arts, hiked 1.25 at Ha Ha Tonka, swimming pool, then back to the Dojo for 2nd martial arts workout. Great day!
