Music is love in search of words...

I've been unplugged for a while now. I put myself in a time out... Actually, more like a time in.

I don't often paint anymore, but this mirror... holds my heart. I've had it for two years before having the guts to paint it.

There's so much division out there right now. So much finger pointing from both sides. It's feeling a bit scary (hence the unplugging). When I reach down, and hold onto that little spark in me- that spark of joy, of connection, curiosity, compassion, kindness, unity...

I remember the truth.

No matter what you stand for or against, We are creatures of love. We need connection. We need to unite.
