Such an Amazing Catch Up time with an Amazing Brunch with this Amazing Friend Alyssa Bartlett🩷
I Love the Fact that she knows the value of True Friendship & that Life is too Short, so we need our Friend Catch Up Time, even if it’s not all the time. We are both crazy busy in our lives, but we take the time to schedule a a catch up date with each other🩷 This Girl & I go way back to when we both got our Zumba Licenses like 10 years ago & during Covid we did more virtual Zumba Jams together than I can count💃🏻 I’m so happy to have this Friendship all these years later and will make a million more memories in the future🩷

I have a ton of women’s clothing and footwear. I have sundresses, new and slightly used, a million shirts, sweaters, sweatshirts, sweat suits, a ton of jeans, sweatpants, shorts, capris, shoes, hats, Brand New Bathing suits, and sneakers.
Everything is priced from $5-$15 for all of the women’s clothing and shoes/sneakers. I have all sizes in a lot of the clothing🩷
We have a few Men & Boys Things Too. 😋

Who’s in for Tomorrow Morning???? 9 am Saturdays we dance and tone. Both classes $10 or come for just one: Zumba 9 am $7/Toning 10-10:30 $3
If you are a Beginner for Zumba or Zumba Toning, don’t worry, we have got you covered. Everything is always geared towards beginners and advanced students following all routines. No Coordination…you don’t need any, Zumba is about having fun and getting a great workout without worrying about following the Choreographed dancing. I want you to leave feeling like you’ve had an Amazing Time & got a Great Workout.
Weights are not required for Toning because the movements of focusing on those muscle groups alone with give you the same Toning Benefits💃🏻💃🏻💪🏼💃🏻💪🏼💃🏻💪🏼

This week we have Tuesday and Thursday classes, then we only have Tuesday classes for the following 2 weeks.

Hi Everyone,
I have Exciting News for Zumba/ Zumba Toning Classes

Tomorrow we have a new Zumba Toning Session starting back up for the 2025-26 school year through the West Genesee Adult Education Program. Monday December 1st at 6 pm is thr 1st of 6 classes. Hurry and Register Now💪🏼 This session costs $48 for the whole. If you have not tried one of the Toning classes with me, I want to tell you it is an absolutely Amazing workout. We incorporate the music and energy of Zumba into Toning and Sculpting the whole body. We use light weights or you can do it without weights and you will still get the toning results you are looking for. If using weights, please only use 1-3 pounds. We work every muscle group and offer modifications for those who may need them. Dancing & Toning all in one class, what more can you ask for?
