Reach For More

Reach For More Fitness, Wellness, Endurance Multisport, and Nutrition Coaching in Camp Hill, PA. At Reach, we work with you to give you a better quality of life.

Reach Multisport & Personal Training specializes in helping active adults experience a higher quality of life - whatever that means to you.
- Maybe you want to lose 50 pounds so you can enjoy hiking outdoors again.
- Do you want to win more of those friendly wagers over your weekly round of golf?
- Do you imagine the thrill of crossing the finish line of your first 5K fun run with your hands held high and a huge smile on your face?
- Perhaps you've dreamed of cycling through Italy for a week.
- Are you an athlete who struggles with balancing the time demands of training for an Ironman triathlon with the stresses of everyday life while also trying to avoid injury? We believe in making your training a fun thing, rather than a chore, and in providing practical education and tools for day-to-day life that ensure your long term success. Because everyone is unique, we believe your nutrition and training program should be, too. We take a custom approach to every one of our clients. You'll never feel like a number with us, because you'll never receive a cookie cutter training program or generic advice. Everything we do together takes your individuality into consideration. Whether you need a push from behind, a pull from ahead, or someone to walk beside you on your individual journey, you'll get it with us. We provide coaching for triathlon, duathlon, running, cycling, and swimming, as well as personal training and nutrition counseling services. We also provide Associate Coaching services to Steel City Endurance, a multisport coaching company located in Pittsburgh, PA. The company's founder, Don Larkin, is a veteran triathlete who holds a USA Triathlon Level 1 Coaching certification. Don is a National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer and is TRX Suspension Training Qualified. Beyond his formal education in nutrition, health, fitness, and athletic performance, Don has overcome his own obstacles: the challenges of losing 30 pounds and maintaining his weight; juggling exercise and performance training around a schedule full of work and family commitments; eating healthy on the go; and athletic competition at every level from the local 5K to racing in triathlon amateur national championships. Reach Multisport is committed to supporting charities and our community. Don Larkin has been a mentor with the Central PA Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training triathlon team since 2009, as well as personally donating to LLS. He also volunteers as a committee member and the coach for the American Cancer Society's Pennsylvania Hope Ride, and has served as a volunteer assistant coach for the Susquehannock High School swimming team. Reach for the finish line. Reach for your goals. Reach for your dreams. Reach Multisport & Personal Training - Fitness for the Speed of Life!

Every so often, look away from your screen and focus on something in the distance. Better yet, step outside for a few minutes if you can. Giving your eyes and your brain a brief break is a simple habit that can help you feel more refreshed throughout the day.

Mix higher-intensity workouts with gentler activities like walking, cycling, yoga, or swimming. Giving your body a variety of ways to move helps prevent burnout while supporting long-term consistency.

Stand while taking a phone call, walk over to speak with a coworker instead of sending a message, or stretch while waiting for your coffee to brew. Small moments of movement help break up long periods of sitting and can leave you feeling more energized.

Roast extra vegetables, grill additional chicken, or prepare a larger pot of soup that can be enjoyed later in the week. Having ready-to-eat ingredients on hand makes busy evenings much less stressful and helps reduce the temptation to order takeout.

Set a reminder to stand up, stretch, take a few deep breaths, or step outside for five minutes between tasks. These small pauses give both your mind and body a chance to reset, making it easier to handle whatever the rest of the day brings.

Choose one calming activity to replace screen time tonight. Read a few pages of a book, listen to music, prepare tomorrow's lunch, or simply enjoy a quiet conversation with someone at home. Small evening rituals can help you end the day feeling more relaxed.

Pay attention to how you're feeling this week. If you're tired, sore, or mentally drained, consider choosing a lighter activity like walking, stretching, or yoga instead of pushing through another intense workout.

Today, choose an activity that feels good simply because you enjoy it. Go for a walk, play outside with your family, stretch, dance, or spend time in nature. Moving your body can be one of the best ways to celebrate everything it allows you to do.
