There’s something pretty special about watching someone take a big leap. ❤️

Today we had the chance to visit Fern’s new space, roll out our mats, practice together, and help her work through some of the little details that come with bringing a new studio to life.

After spending so many years as part of the DRIP105 family, it was really fun to see her creating something of her own. We practiced, we offered plenty of opinions 😂, and most importantly, we cheered her on.

Yes, technically we’re now “competition”… but we’d much rather believe there’s room for more heat, more yoga, and more people finding a practice they love.

Wishing Fern lots of success as she starts this next chapter. We loved getting a little sneak peek today! ❤️🔥

🔥 BANDS ROLL OUT THIS SATURDAY! 🔥

Don’t forget to pick up your resistance bands before Saturday so you’re ready to go! 💪

Starting August 22nd, we’ll officially begin incorporating bands into our Inferno Hot Pilates classes.

Bands are available at the studio:
• Single — $5
• Set of 3 — $12

As always, bands are optional, and our instructors will guide you through proper use.

🔥 BANDS ARE COMING TO PILATES! 🔥

We love that so many of you are already grabbing your bands and getting excited! 💪 Just a quick reminder that our official rollout begins Saturday, August 22nd.

Until then, please hold off on using your bands during class. Starting the 22nd, our instructors will begin incorporating them into class and teaching you how and when to use them properly so we can all get the most out of them safely and effectively.

So buy them, stash them in your bag, and get ready — but don’t break them out just yet! 😉🔥

We can’t wait to add this fun new layer to our Pilates classes! 🧡
