For a while now I’ve had a growing passion for sustainability. I advocate for a cleaner diet to all my clients (and friends), I encourage intentional eating from quality sources and I can’t say enough good things about grass fed meat. Since walking the walk and taking a front seat to my own nutrition, not only have I improved my health and progressed towards my goals faster, but I’ve felt better knowing I’m supporting farms that treat animals well and produce only the highest quality of animal based foods.

At a certain point, I just felt like I could do more than just talk to people about this stuff. I wanted to actually make a difference and spread more awareness about a way of eating that’s not only better for you, but better for the planet. That’s why I created dECO.

I wanted to wear a shirt that would spark a conversation about regenerative agriculture and create more opportunities for me to talk about this beautiful practice to people I may not know. I wanted to raise awareness of these local farms doing it the RIGHT way, and putting in more effort than we can fathom. I wanted to generate a revenue stream so I could give back and further the movement of more sustainable farming in an increasingly unsustainable world. The only problem was the shirt and the support didn’t exist, so I created them.
