Below are the teams and flight assignments for this weekend’s golf scramble. A mulligan package and raffle for a brand new golf bag will be available for purchase at registration. Please have your team arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to tee time. If we’re able to start early in both flights, we will.

We still have a select few spots left in each flight if anyone would like to put in a team the rest of the week leading up to this weekend. Thank you to all of those who are planning on coming out, we look forward to a great day!

We still have limited spots available for the Saturday and Sunday afternoon flights.

Our Sunday morning flight is completely full.

If you’ve thought about signing your team up, don’t wait any longer. Get signed up before all of the flights fill up and it’s too late!

Sponsorships are due to Coach Minton by the end of school this Friday. All sponsors have to be turned in on time to get things ready for the upcoming scramble.

Also, if you know anyone else who would be interested in a team, we still have a few available spots for the Saturday afternoon flight.

🏀 SPONSORSHIP REMINDER 🏀

Just a reminder that sponsorships are due September 9th!

High school players are responsible for obtaining at least 4 sponsors or $600 worth of sponsorships. Junior high players are responsible for at least 2 sponsors or $300 worth of sponsorships.

Checks can be made payable to Senator Boys Basketball. Please turn in all cash/checks to Coach Minton as you receive them.

If anyone needs an extra paper, see Coach Minton for another copy.

DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 9TH!

Fall workouts will begin next Monday and Wednesday after school until 5:00 PM.

These workouts are open to any boy in 7th–12th grade who are not participating in a fall sport. We will meet in the weight room after school.

Also, next Friday boys and girls basketball will have the football grill. All basketball players who do not play football are expected to help. We would also greatly appreciate any parents who are willing to volunteer and help us out!

Saturday, September 19th has officially opened up for this year’s scramble!

Now here’s a challenge…

Can we fill the entire flight with alumni? Let’s see if we can get every class represented with a team.

Grab your old teammates and put a team together. Whether you are all golfers or not, catch up and have a good time!

Tag as many alumni Senators as you know below. Let’s see if we can get this thing filled and make it a tradition moving forward!

Join us September 20th for a day on the greens and help support the West Washington Boys Basketball team at our third annual golf scramble. We plan to make this even bigger than last year!

💥Date: September 20th, 2026
⛳️Location: Western Hills Country Club
🕗Time: Flight 1 - 8:00 AM
Flight 2 - 2:00 PM
Flight 3 - Possibly Saturday if enough interest
💰Entry Fee: $60 per Player or $240 per Team (Includes golf, lunch, and door prizes)

Be sure to sign up your teams by contacting Coach Minton. Slots filled very quickly last year, eventually leading to a waitlist. We already have a list of people waiting to sign up this year. Don’t miss out!

Also, reach out if you or your business would like to become a sponsor for our program. We are continuing what we started last year with advertising your business logo on our program during the season. Players will be receiving their packets to start gathering sponsors next week.

Congrats to incoming seventh grader Troy McKinney for being selected to play at the annual Battle of the Bridges All Star Classic for the class of 2032. We know you will represent Indiana and Senator basketball well!
