SUPER PROUD!!!!
These 7 traveled to Dayton, KY to compete at the Queen City Showdown hosted by Iron Asylum Strongman Team.
Although it wasn't the best outcome for us, we still came home with 3 trophies, 2 qualifiers for United States Strongman 2026 Nationals and more memories & laughs than we cam count. Huge thanks to our friends and family who traveled to be there to support us. And thanks to Ben Stone for putting this event on.

Dads need to be dangerous.
Not unhinged
Not violent
Not reckless
But dangerous in the way that says
“I will protect this family at all costs”
Dangerous in the way that commands respect not by fear, but by presence
By strength
By certainty
By showing up when it counts
Because one day, my son is going to walk through a world that doesn’t care about him
And I’ll be damned if he doesn’t know how to stand tall in it
With a backbone, with a standard, with a father who taught him how
Too many men are soft when it matters most
They fold under pressure
They flinch at responsibility
They call themselves “peaceful” when really, they’re just passive
A real man knows how to be still and when to roar
He knows when to nurture and when to defend
And his kids sleep better at night
Because they know what’s standing between them and the world
Dads, be kind
Be gentle
Be loving
But don’t you dare be harmless
