A VIP session is not just showing up, throwing a bullpen, and going home.

Pitcher development is bigger than that.

A typical VIP training session connects movement prep, throwing work, mound work, pitch development, strength training, arm care, recovery, and session tracking.

Everything works together.

That is what makes the program different. It is a system, not a random collection of workouts.

Technology matters.

But technology alone does not develop pitchers.

In VIP, we use information to make better coaching decisions.

That includes TrackMan, Edgertronic, biomechanics, readiness testing, movement assessment, and coach observation.

The point is not to hand athletes a bunch of numbers.

The point is to answer the real question:

What does this pitcher need to do next to improve?

That is where development happens.

Sometimes the best thing a player can do for his team is step away from the team environment for a little while.

Not because there is anything wrong with team baseball.

Quite the opposite.

Teams are where players compete, learn how to win, handle pressure, earn roles and play for something bigger than themselves.

But there should also be a portion of the year where the focus can shift completely to the individual athlete.

No game tomorrow.
No lineup to prepare for.
No need to get hitters out this weekend.

Just time to ask:

What does this pitcher need to become better?

That might mean getting stronger.
Moving better.
Throwing harder.
Developing a pitch.
Cleaning up mechanics.
Improving command.
Building a better routine.

That is what the offseason can be.

And then you go back to your team as a different pitcher than the one who left.

Stronger. More prepared. More confident. More complete.

We have tremendous respect for the coaches who work with our athletes throughout the year. Our job isn’t to replace the team environment.

Our job is to help players use the offseason to become better versions of themselves so they can bring more back to their teams.

That’s what VIP is built for.

VIP is not a winter pitching class.

It is a 15-week off-season pitching development system built for serious high school pitchers who want a real plan.

Every athlete starts with an evaluation, then follows an individualized development process that includes throwing development, mound work, strength training, arm care, recovery, pitch development, and tracked progress throughout the off-season.

The goal is simple: help pitchers show up in the spring more prepared, more athletic, and more complete.
