Mark your calendars for Saturday, June 20th 1:00-5:00pm to celebrate Juneteenth with us and enjoy live music, food trucks, free OSU Wexner Medical Center health screenings, and so much more! See you there!

"We Are Worth Defending" training teaches the Empowerment Self Defense (ESD) principles for our female caregivers to advocate for themselves and to build an empowered community. This personal safety and violence prevention program teaches people of all ages and abilities the critical emotional and physical skills necessary to prevent violence, make safe choices, and live with greater confidence, building safety from the inside out.

Location: St. Francis of Assisi Church 386 Buttles Ave., Columbus, 43215
Plenty of free parking next to the church rectory. Enter through side entrance of church and proceed down to the lower-level social hall. Free dinner and parking.

Our caregivers had a wonderful night creating colorful Spring wreaths at our April Caregiver Connection Circle! Sometimes you just need to put your crafting hat on and turn everything else off and make something fun and beautiful while sharing laughs with friends! 🌺

Our 2026 application for Respite Weekend, a three-day wellness retreat where guests get a break from caregiving to enjoy pampering and join in community to support one another, is now open!! We welcome you to apply for Respite if you are:

*An unpaid, female, full-time caregiver
*Financially disadvantaged
*Have not attended a previous Respite weekend
*Interested in joining a supportive community for female caregivers
*Participating in our monthly Caregiver Connection Circle programs
