Heavy lifts aren’t built overnight. They come from consistent effort, intent, and quality reps over time. Macy has been putting in work with us since August and is seeing the gains from her consistent training.
We are excited about our new technology-Output Sports Velocity Training. It really changes the game. By tracking bar speed, power, and fatigue in real time, athletes train based on how they’re actually performing not just guessing off percentages.
We use velocity zones to match the goal (speed vs. strength), and once bar speed drops, the set stops, keeping reps explosive and reducing injury risk.
The result: stronger, faster, more powerful athletes who are competing with every rep and getting the most out of every session.
Spring schedules get packed, but progress doesn’t pause. 🌱
Between games, meets, and practices, our athletes are still showing up, putting in the work, and staying committed to getting better every day.
In-season training = staying strong, staying fast, and staying ready when it matters most. 💪

🏃Join our track club! We're excited to get more athletes involved in track! We will be focusing heavily on speed development for the athletes. Middle school and high school athletes will have the opportunity for both speed and strength training a combined 5 times per week. Elementary athletes will also learn the basics of track and field with the shorter sprinting events. 💪
Meets are optional- you can choose which AAU and USATF meets you want to attend.
