The J22 Jackrabbit Regatta at Canandaigua Yacht Club was a huge success! Perfect sailing conditions, warm weather and a healthy number of world class sailors participating and enjoying the hospitality of our yacht club in the Finger Lakes. J/Boats, Newport, RI J/22 International Class Association

The final afternoon of RC racing took place Sunday Oct 12 with some sunshine, clouds, chill and of course - wind! The afternoon was topped off by a chili lunch, awards and fun with friends who are also competitors. Nelson gave out the “MAYBE” awards before actual scores were completed. You know - MAYBE you got 2nd, MAYBE you got 3rd… 😂 1st was already owned by Jonathan.

Flying Dutchman 2025 Nationals Championships - photos from day #1 courtesy Stephen Smeulders. 7 Dutchmen travelled from afar to enjoy competing at a long standing historical Dutchman venue. The PRO Jonathan Gorbold managed to get in 3 races in winds that were westerly and shiftty, 8-12 with gusts to 15!
