A day for remembering.
Not just losses and wins. Not just battles.
Recall the long trips, long times away from all held dear.
Let your mind see the fear, the courage, the resolve.
Right now would be an excellent time to send a heart's message to each and every one who went and never fully returned.
Prayers for and from the ones who go on.
We remember.

Don't put off until tomorrow what you can do today
because if you like it today,
you can do it again tomorrow!

What martial arts skill did you apply during the holiday time?

I'll go first: A McGraw's Law is Be Nice.
This season, I gave myself the challenge that for each Person I interacted with, I would seek first to make their day better, no matter what I might need at that moment, or how I might be feeling personally - make their day better...somehow...right then and there.
I can report such great success that it's already on my Must-Do List for next season.
