🐾 Barn Hunt Clinic with Eva Fowler – Sunday, January 18 🐾

Join us for a Barn Hunt clinic with Eva on Sunday, January 18, from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm!

Eva Fowler owns and operates Central Bark Canine Events in Central Square, NY. She has been teaching, judging, competing in, and hosting Barn Hunt events since 2014. Eva is an extremely experienced trainer in the sport and is passionate about providing high-quality learning opportunities for teams at all levels.

Canandaigua, NY 14424

In the event of challenging winter weather, the snow date will be Sunday, January 25.
A decision to postpone due to weather will be made by 7:30 am on 1/18 — please watch Facebook for an update if the forecast is questionable.

Clinic Format

We will have three 1.5-hour sessions, each limited to 4–5 working dog spots to allow for individualized instruction.

Session Schedule:
• 10:00 – 11:30 | Novice / Open
• 11:45 – 1:15 | Senior / Master
• 1:30 – 3:00 | Crazy 8s and/or Tunneling

Sessions will be grouped by level and geared toward the individual needs of each team. Auditors are welcome for the full day.

Cost

• Working Spot: $60
• All-day Audit Spot: $20

Facility Notes

• No indoor crating — please be prepared to keep your dog comfortable in your vehicle
• Working building is heated
• Porta-potty available

Please, PLEASE, PLEASE.. DO NOT DRIVE OFF OF THE DRIVEWAY INTO THE GRASS!!! We have just had 2 full days of rain, the ground is INCREDIBLY soft. I see that there are tire tracks in the grass next to the driveway. If you start going up or down the driveway and you see another car farther up the driveway YOU HAVE TO BACK UP!!!!! the driveway is ONLY ONE CAR WIDTH!!! I ABSOLUTELY do NOT want to be trying to fix huge ruts along our driveway this fall or spring. Please don't make me make a decision I don't want to. If you are a club member or one of our trainers, PLEASE remind your students to STOP doing this. It makes a huge amount of work for me!

FYI: No Matt does NOT fix these nor has he ever. I do!!

First let me say that this us our HOME, we enjoy these dog sports and enjoy opening our property to everyone that comes to practice or to compete here.
Let me also say it is NOT Faith's or our job to police the people that come here. Twice this morning while weedeating I have hit 2 piles if dog 💩. It was NOT! cat p**p or s**t from a wild animal. This is the second time I have found piles around the training building that were not picked up. I am sure you all can understand how upset this makes me. When you come here for any reason PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG!!!! If you don't have bags, I am certain there are some here that we can give you! If this happens again I will have no choice but to put up camera's so that I can catch the ones who are doing this and you will NOT be welcomed back!!!! If I took my dogs to your property I would NEVER assume that it was OK in ANY WAY to just leave my dogs droppings on your property for you to inadvertently find when you are working around your property, so DON'T DO IT HERE!!! This is aggravating to say the least. Also I have also found 3 bags of dog waste just lying on the ground!! This is COMPLETELY unacceptable!!! We provide many trash cans for you to deposit the bags , and there is a DUMPSTER that you can also use, we don't hide them. Please be courteous to us and our home, if you see someone walking away from their dogs waste SAY SOMETHING to faith or us. I certainly DON'T appreciate wearing your dogs waste when I weedeat.
