✨ Mindful Kids Camp at Unfurl ✨
A week designed to nurture calm, confidence, and creativity in your child
June 22–26 | Ages 6–12
We’re so excited to offer our Mindful Kids Camp—a full week of connection, movement, and meaningful play for growing bodies and curious minds.
Each day, your child will be guided through:
• Yoga & mindfulness practices
• Creative art projects on our back patio
• Snack, connection, and play
• A walk to Wait Park for lunch + outdoor time
• Song circle + sound bath to gently wind down
This isn’t just a camp—it’s a space where kids learn self-regulation, co-regulation, and emotional resilience in a supportive, heart-centered environment.

Let us always wish a very happy birthday to our wonderful teacher, Eva! Who brings so much light and depth to her wonderful classes each week at Unfurl! We absolutely love sweating and getting stronger in Pilates sculpt on Mondays at 4:30! And relaxing and restoring in Yin and restore Tuesdays at 6pm.
