This 5-phase approach is designed to help our Semi-Private and Personal Training clients build strength, gain lean muscle, improve endurance, move better, and keep progressing without burnout or plateaus.

Group training isn’t changing — this is an exciting addition designed specifically to give our Semi-Private and Personal Training members a more structured, trackable path toward their goals.

A member since April 2021 and the definition of consistency. You’ll always find her throwing around heavy weight, pushing past limits, and showing up ready to work.

She’s a wife, a mom, and an absolute go-getter — proving that strength is built one workout at a time.

This week she hit multiple PRs:
🔥 Bench Press — 105 lbs
🔥 Front Squat — 115 lbs

Years of showing up, trusting the process, and putting in the work are paying off. Proud is an understatement.

Tuesday after a holiday weekend is where excuses usually win.
Too tired. Too busy. Too much rain. Too hard to get back into the routine.

But not this crew.

Back & arms day hit hard today, and even with the torrential downpour outside, our people still showed up, put their heads down, and got to work. No complaining. No shortcuts. Just consistency and grit.

Rain or shine, this team stays locked in. 🌧️💪
