I am 53 and have tried everything to get to my Ideal weight. When I was younger I enjoyed so many sports and outdoor events. For the last 9 years, I have really tried to get this weight off. I tried to outrun my eating habits. I ran 5 half marathons and a full marathon and still could not get to where I needed to be. I am very lucky to be in good health.
