Many of you may not know the person behind the scenes that keeps the Blue Ridge Ultra happening each year, but Charlie Wolfe the owner the Iron Bridge General Store & Cafe was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer on May 15, 2026..
Charlie helped and organized the entire location where the event is held each year, from the parking to the finish line area. Always giving back, helping when anyone needs anything, bringing tourists food to cabins when they’re snowed in, pulling people out of ditches, checking people’s pipes during the winter, taking care of their pets, etc.
Now it's time for us to help him and his family.
While he and his wife have basic insurance, insurance only covers so much when it comes to a minimum of 3 doctor visits a week, chemotherapy treatments, co-pays, medication costs, the cost of gas to drive to these appointments every week, and much, much more. This all adds up. His wife, Kimberly Wolfe, not only has to pay for all of that with Charlie, but her mother also has cancer and a lot of the same issues lie there. Kim has been hit hard with the expenses of both Charlie and her mother’s medical bills.
Kim and Charlie have changed the meaning of the “Aska Adventure Area” in Blue Ridge, GA, and it is our time to give back and try and give them a little bit of relief.

First of many!
Our Warrior Apparel line has been getting a strong response, and this summer we’re excited to launch retail displays in select outdoor businesses across North Georgia.
Every item in the collection was chosen by athletes, for athletes — built for performance, comfort, and everyday wear. The result is apparel that performs when it matters while still looking sharp wherever the day takes you.
You can also purchase items at events and the online store.

NEWS ABOUT SEA to SEA 2027.
When the Florida Sea to Sea Adventure Race began more than twenty years ago, our state looked very different. The roads were quieter, the remote stretches truly felt remote, and cyclists crossing the peninsula could ride for miles with little company beyond the wind and wildlife.
Today, millions more vehicles travel those same routes, and the realities of riding through Florida have changed in ways we can no longer ignore. Cyclists and pedestrians—whether participating in a race or simply out for a Sunday ride—now face risks that did not exist a generation ago.
A New Direction for 2027
After months of reflection, discussion, and feedback, Warrior Racing has decided to continue the Sea to Sea Adventure Race in 2027. Thanks to Manny Otero, Karlos Bernart, and Ron Eaglin, we have designed a road-free route across Florida using newly developed rails-to-trails corridors, sidewalks, and long river paddles.
Our goal is to design an event that is as safe as possible while still preserving the spirit, challenge, and beauty that have defined Sea to Sea from the beginning.
As we prepare for the 2027 race, we have committed ourselves to one guiding principle: no biking on roads. Roads will be strictly off-limits during the race. The route will be road-free, and any team found traveling on a road will be immediately disqualified.
Supporting a Safer Future
Warrior Racing also wants to contribute to the bigger picture. Beyond our own event, we have connected with safety-focused foundations and initiatives—organizations doing the ongoing work to protect cyclists and pedestrians—with the goal of supporting them both materially and through the visibility our community can provide.
Our racers will be part of this effort as well. The people who spend the most time on these roads are often the ones best positioned to help make them safer for everyone.
More details will follow as we finalize the route, support stations, and the safety initiatives we will be partnering with. We look forward to seeing familiar faces and new ones alike as we carry this tradition forward together.
2027 Race Details
The 2027 race will be held February 24–28, 2027, and registration is open now and will run from Weeki Wachee on Florida’s west coast to New Smyrna Beach on the east coast. Both are wonderful destinations in their own right, so bring the family, make a vacation of it, and enjoy what is typically some of Florida’s finest weather of the year.
The first ten teams and solos to sign-up will receive the now famous Sea to Sea Jacket.
We can’t wait to see everyone back at the starting line!

Time to Commit!
Warrior and Outlaw Adventure Racing are bringing you the 5th Drive of the Chisholm Trail Adventure Race on March 26-27, 2027.
Regristration just opened today, so get your boots on.
The Chisholm Trail is one of the most iconic cattle-driving routes in U.S. history. Racing along it means you're not just running, biking, or paddling—you’re moving through a living piece of American frontier history. That adds a deeper dimension to the challenge. Big Texas skies and sweeping views that make every checkpoint feel epic. It’s a landscape built for adventure, not monotony. Outlaw Adventure Racing has designed a course for both the elite team looking to get the most out of a long course and perfect for the new teams wanting to get out to enjoy a first time adventure.

NEED VOLUNTEERS!!!!
The Blue Ridge Adventure Race needs some muscle this weekend. We have a great course with some point to point sections which means that we need to move boats and bikes on Saturday. Events like these wouldn't be possible without the community backing them. Thanks again to those who contribute to making the race a success.
