Just a heads up that Canton’s Homecoming Parade & Pep Rally are happening this evening! 🏈

If your team has practice tonight, please plan ahead! Downtown Canton will be congested with parade traffic, spectators, and the pep rally.

Give yourself a little extra time getting to and from the fields and use some patience as traffic picks up

Just a few quick reminders before we get started:

🚨 Absolutely ZERO tolerance for yelling at the refs. ZERO. We can cheer, encourage, and support our players without giving our officials a hard time. Let’s keep it positive!

🚗 Parking on Billy Street:
Street parking is handicap ONLY!
When using the Billy Street parking lot, please ENTER at the last driveway coming from Old Kaufman Rd and EXIT at the driveway closest to Old Kaufman Rd.

🌭 Visit the Snack Shack! Grab some food, drinks and snacks while you’re here!

The wait is over! Today kicks off the Fall 2026 CYSA season, and we are so excited to see our players back on the fields!
Before you head out, please take a few minutes to review the Field Map & Parking Guide attached to this post.
🚨 PARKING REMINDERS — PLEASE READ! 🚨
Billy Street parking is STRICTLY HANDICAP ONLY. If you are using a handicap space, please make sure your placard is clearly visible.
Canton PD does patrol the area and will issue citations for illegally parked vehicles.
Please also remember:
🚫 DO NOT park three rows deep.
🚫 DO NOT block vehicles in.
🚫 DO NOT block entry or exit points.
🚫 DO NOT block through traffic.
We know Opening Day can get a little hectic, but please be courteous, follow the parking plan, and help us keep things moving safely for everyone.

The coaches were prepping,
The parents were scrolling,
And somewhere, a referee was probably wondering what they signed up for. 😂
