T2 ORG DAY 🥎❤️🖤

Kicking off the season by putting some numbers behind the work. Testing metrics, setting a baseline, and giving the girls something to chase as they continue to train and develop. Because development isn’t just about putting in the work. It’s about measuring it, owning it, and getting better every day!

And in between the testing—the energy stayed high. Teammates getting loud, cheering each other through every rep, celebrating big numbers, and plenty of laughs along the way. A little friendly competition, a lot of encouragement, and a group that genuinely loves seeing each other succeed.

The numbers give us a starting point. The work will show us how far we can go. And doing it together is what makes it fun.

Baseline set. Goals locked in. Let’s see where the work takes us. Let’s go T2!!

Big goals require work that goes far beyond practices and game days. 💪🥎

Our girls spent the afternoon at F**t Factory getting a firsthand look at what it takes OFF the field to compete, excel, and prepare for the next level.

A huge thank you to athletic trainer Clay Brandenberg, along with college athletes Mya Brandenberg (Northern Michigan Wrestling) and Avery Garden (Northwestern Softball), for sharing their knowledge, experiences, and perspective with our team.

The girls learned about the pieces that don’t always show up on a stat sheet but make a huge difference—nutrition, strength training, the mental game, discipline, and what it means to be a great teammate.

For athletes with goals of playing at the collegiate level, learning how to train, fuel, think, and carry themselves away from the field is just as important as the work they put in on it.

Thank you to F**t Factory, Clay, Mya, and Avery for investing in our athletes and showing them what it takes to keep chasing the next level. 🖤❤️

STRONG TEAMS START WITH STRONG LEADERSHIP. 🥎

As we gear up for the 2026/2027 season, we’re proud to introduce the coaching staff leading Turnin2 Prior 14U.

This group brings experience, passion, high expectations, and a commitment to developing our athletes both on and off the field. They’re here to compete, develop, and push this team to another level — while teaching the work ethic, accountability, confidence, and resilience that will prepare these girls for far more than just softball.

Head Coach Tim Prior brings 15+ years of coaching experience and a passion for teaching the game the right way. He’s big on fundamentals, defense, discipline and accountability. He challenges players to understand the game, trust their training and compete with confidence. His expectations are high, but so is his commitment to helping every athlete reach them.

Bryan Barich brings passion, competitiveness and energy every time he steps on the field. He isn’t afraid to challenge our players, push them past what they think they can do and celebrate the work it takes to get better.

Mary Bartzen brings balance to the staff with her ability to connect with the girls and understand what they need to succeed. She emphasizes confidence, communication and being a great teammate while helping create a culture where every player knows she has a role and is valued.

Kevin Andruszkiewicz brings over 10 years of coaching experience, including high school and older-level travel softball. He offers a higher-level perspective on the game, focused on softball IQ, situational awareness, preparation, and competing with purpose. He challenges players to train hard, think one step ahead, and develop the habits needed for the next level.

Four coaches. One goal — give these players the tools, confidence, and opportunities to keep raising their game.

Last but certainly not least, we are thrilled to welcome back #2 Claire Schneider!

Speed. Pressure. Production. Claire brings ALL of it.

Claire is lightning fast, and when she steps into the box, the defense better be ready. As a slapper, she creates absolute chaos with her speed, puts pressure on every throw, and simply finds ways to get on base almost EVERY time!

Last season? The numbers were RIDICULOUS.

Once she’s on base, good luck. Claire’s speed changes the game, forces mistakes, and gives our offense another gear.

On defense Claire owns the middle of the infield with crazy range, quick reactions, and the ability to make plays that look impossible. If it’s anywhere near her, there’s a pretty good chance she’s getting to it.

She doesn’t need to be the loudest player on the field—her game does all the talking.

Quiet but mighty. Fast. Fearless. Consistent.
#2 is a cornerstone of this team, and we’re ready to watch her turn up the pressure this season.

We are so excited to welcome # 13 Isla Schager to our squad!

Isla is a dedicated player who brings energy, determination, and a strong work ethic to the field. A versatile athlete, she plays both catcher and shortstop, demonstrating strong defensive skills, quick reactions, and a willingness to take on whatever her team needs.

Behind the plate, she is confident, focused, and committed to supporting her pitchers and controlling the game. At shortstop, she uses her quick hands, athleticism, and strong softball instincts to make plays and help anchor the infield.

At the plate, Isla is also a big offensive threat. She is a strong hitter with the ability to drive the ball and come through in key moments for her team. Her confidence in the batter’s box and consistent hard contact make her a reliable big bat in the lineup.

Off the field, Isla is a hardworking teammate who is always looking to improve her game. She is coachable, competitive, and passionate about softball, with a goal of continuing to develop her skills and compete at a high level.

Can’t wait to watch #13 get after it this season!

We are happy to welcome back #4 Kendra Barich!

Kendra brings a combination of strength, power, and grit every time she steps on the field. Whether she’s working behind the plate or locking down first base, she gives us a strong, dependable presence on defense.

Behind the plate, Kendra is a steady and confident catcher who does an excellent job managing the game. She receives the ball cleanly, frames pitches well, and gives her pitchers a reliable target every inning.

At first base, Kendra is just as impactful. She is a sure-handed defender who consistently makes the routine plays look easy and the tough plays look routine.

At the plate Kendra elevates our offense. She generates serious bat speed and explosive power, driving the ball hard and with authority. When she gets her pitch, it jumps off her bat—and with several home runs already to her name, she’s proven she has legitimate slugging power and the ability to change a game with one swing.

She works hard, competes, and continues to push herself to get better every time she takes the field.

Big bat. Big power. Big season ahead for #4. 🔥

T2 Prior is pumped to welcome back #24 Zariah Mims!

Zariah is a difference-maker in the outfield. She gets great reads off the bat, covers ground in a hurry, and isn’t afraid to go get a ball. When a big catch needs to be made, Zariah has a way of being right there.

At the plate, she drives the ball hard and can change a game with her speed. Once she’s on the bases, she’s quick, aggressive, and always looking to take the extra bag.

What sets Zariah apart is how hard she works. She’s consistently one of the hardest workers in the room—She doesn’t just show up—she shows up early, stays late, and puts in extra reps when no one is watching. She’s constantly asking questions, making adjustments, and refusing to be outworked. Every practice, every drill, every opportunity—she treats it like a chance to get better. That consistency and drive is what we strive for!

She’s also the teammate every team needs—positive, dependable, and always pulling for the girls around her.

The work is showing, and we can’t wait to see #24 take her game to another level this season.

We’re very excited to welcome Vivian Hogle to the Turnin2 Prior family!

Vivian is the type of pitcher who keeps hitters uncomfortable from the first pitch. She attacks the strike zone with confidence, generates incredible spin, and creates late ball movement that makes solid contact hard to come by. When she’s in the circle, she gives her team a chance to win every time.

Her athleticism and versatility make her an impact player beyond pitching. Whether she’s in the circle or playing another position, Vivian has the tools to make plays all over the field.

At the plate, she’s a consistent contact hitter who knows how to get the job done. She puts quality swings on the ball, keeps innings alive, and has a knack for driving in runs when her team needs them most.

We’re thrilled to add Vivian to our lineup and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make in a Turnin2 uniform this season!
