Streams let you workout on your own time, in small increments, so you can stick with a routine! All while burning calories, tightening and toning your bodies, boosting your mood, keeping your heart healthy, and taking care of your mental health!

All streams are only 20 min and you have full access to do them as many times as you’d like to, each week they release. New streams release every Monday.

Tonight I teach Step it Up EZ Step Aerobics for $10 ($12 with a step rental) at 6:30pm at Crazy MAD Fitness!!! Women/ladies ages 13 and up are welcome to attend! ❤️

THERE ARE 5 STEPS AVAILABLE TO RENT!!!!!

**You may also bring your own step OR do class without a step at all!!**

*If you reserve a step, your class fee/rental fee are non refundable as it keeps anyone else from renting that step*

There are only 5 steps available to reserve!!!! Steps are an additional $2 to rent.

With every reserved step, you will also receive a mat to borrow, so your step stays secure!

To reserve a step:
Prepay your class fee of $10 and step rental fee of $2 (total of $12) by using Facebook Messenger Pay, Zelle, or Venmo!
Once paid, you will have a step/mat reserved for you at our class on Thursday, September 3rd, at 6:30pm!
