MEET JEN 😍
We are so excited to officially welcome Jen to the Free Spirit Family 🤍
A little bit about her… she has been practicing yoga for more than 16 years and her approach to teaching is rooted in something we care deeply about here: yoga as more than movement. Her favorite is Hatha yoga, she will invite you to slow way down and actually live in the pose for a few moments. Her classes create space for strength and movement, but also for clarity and coming home to your body.
Jen is extra special to me, she previously owned an amazing studio where I had the opportunity to teach for several years. After years of experience both in teaching and owning a studio, she’s returning to what she really loves… helping others come back into their body and YOGA ❤️
Her intention is for every person who walks into her class to feel welcomed, supported, and like they belong. Which, if you know Free Spirit, you know that makes her the perfect fit 🤍
